Rosalia was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States at an early age. Rosalia grew up in New York City and eventually moved to Pennsylvania.
Rosalia was a former educator and school administrator. She worked in the education system for 20 years. In 2006, she made a career change and joined her husband, David Martinez in Real Estate.
